Following the Government’s announcements and advise, the safety of our customers and drivers is paramount.
We are happy that we can finally start to put plans in place to hopefully return to some level of ‘normality’ over the next few months.
Obviously, all dates and stages that have been advised are not set-in stone, so we are working hard to contact all our venues to see how this impacts our day trips that we have planned. If you have booked on any of our upcoming day trips, please do not worry, we will be contacting all customers affected by letter as soon as we can. It is our priority to ensure everyone is updated as soon as possible, so please bear with us as we work through everything.
Our 2021 brochure is out now, and we will be continuing to update our website if any dates are to change, so please keep an eye out.
Thank you for your continued support, we are very lucky to have such loyal customers.
Please note, we are still contactable on either 01206 841211 or info@klarnerscoaches.co.uk.
We practice social distancing not only on our vehicles, but also ensure this is available at any venues that we book.
We at Klarners take our passengers and staff’s safety very seriously and continue to provide a Covid-19 secure approach to our operations.
We've been busy doing everything we can to put additional measures in place on board our coaches to make you feel safe and comfortable when you take your next trip. We are happy to also announce we have achieved the ‘Good to Go’ Covid-19 Industry Standard, recognised by VisitEngland, the National Tourist board of England. Please see the additional steps we've taken below;
-
Hand sanitiser stations will be available on coaches for customer use as you board. If you can, bring hand sanitiser gel for use during your journey.
-
Please follow driver directions and on-board announcements to maintain current social distancing recommendations.
-
Government guidance recommends the wearing of a face covering or mask when travelling on public transport and this is now mandatory in England. To minimise the spread of the virus you will be required to wear a face mask or face covering whilst on board the coach. We will have disposable face masks available to purchase if required.
-
Regular aerosol-based disinfection with a high-performance antiviral solution will be in place. Key touch points including handrails, armrests, seat belts and toilets will be cleaned regularly using a high-performance antiviral cleaning solution.
-
All our drivers have been provided with protective equipment including masks, gloves, hand sanitiser and contactless infrared thermometers.
-
Our on-board toilets will remain open and will be deep cleaned regularly using fogging and antiviral solutions.
Please do not travel if you are experiencing any Coronavirus symptoms. These include a high temperature, a new continuous cough, or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. Please ensure if you are feeling unwell, you call us ahead of your trip, on 01206 841211.
At this difficult time, we would personally like to thank all our customers for their support, patience and understanding.
We're GOOD TO GO, and we look forward to welcoming you back on board soon.
